Gay sleep
I’ve been sleeping with my straight roommate since going into lockdown. It’s not like we planned this or anything. I’ve been living with Mike for the past year, which pre-dates COVID But due to the rules involving social distancing and non-physical contact with others, things just kind of happened.
While most adults and teens in the US are sleep-deprived, those who are a part of the LGBTQ+ community are more likely to struggle with sleep issues. How well do you sleep? For LGBTQ+ teens and adults, the answer is likely “Not well.” This has serious implications for overall health and well-being, including mental health.
